Cheatquest

In this game, playing by the rules won’t be enough. To move forward, you must use everything within reach buttons, secrets, forgotten inputs…

Was really fun! Games within games are always a nice concept, with a lot of going back and forth between the two dimensions. Congrats!
Thank you for playing our game and for you nice comment :)
The game is super fun and a great little jaunt! I feel a little pepe silva right now, but is there an additional challenge with the dice/the books/maybe the plane? I used the dice to record how many of each color book there is on the shelf, but didn't find anything. Am I barking up an imaginary tree? Either way, great game!!
Ahah yes, dice don't do anything. But glad you tried some combinations, it's the kind of game you see clues everywhere!
Amazing! Is the "No!" drawer able to be opened? Or is just an easter egg?
Nah it's only a bait haha. If you want we have two hidden cheat code, the only thing I can tell you about them is that one is really bad for the player xD
Shield > Attack > Shield > Up > Left > Shield
Attack > Down > Shield > Shield > Up > Shield
Thanks again and good luck 😈
Great game with a really strong concept!
The mix between a Zelda-like adventure and cheat codes (it reminds me somehow Tunic) works extremely well. Discovering cheat codes by solving puzzles in your bedroom, opening drawers, and finding new clues is super clever and satisfying.
The two gameplay loops complement each other nicely and feel very cohesive. I had a great time playing: the concept is fun, the puzzles are engaging, and the game looks amazing. It’s honestly hard to believe this was made in just 5–6 days.
Huge congrats to the team!
Thank you so much for your comment! Glad you liked the game <3
Tunic was definitely one of our inspirations
Very good one! I was hooked from the beginining! Only two small things, when I started it it throwed an weird error which froze the game some seconds but then everything went fine. Second thing was when I beated the boss as I was spamming attacks it appeared a dialog but it skipped it since I was clicking A, not sure what I missed haha but I enjoyed a lot hope my feedback is useful, check my submission for the Jam too if you want! ;)
Hey thank you for your comment! For the end boss problem you find, we made a last minute mistake mapping the continue button on the space bar ^^' so sorry. Glad you finished the game and thanks for playing!
Your game is pretty cool too, good job!
Ohh I see, anyway the game was incredible! Thanks for checking mine too!
